Description

This T-Birds T-Ball program is a 6 week parent and child program designed for two-year-olds, focusing on basic movement, fun, and introductory baseball skills.

Each 30-minute session follows a consistent flow of a five-minute warm-up, 10 minutes of skill play, 10 minutes of a game, and a 5 minute base run and cheer.
